    The apartments are a little banged up, but it's quiet and each apartment has plenty of space. Unfortunately, it seems no one at MPM knows how the heat system works, nor how to unclog drains. As of Dec. 2006, there has been a meekish older woman living here who reads people's outgoing mail.
